VibeStream hosts music uploaded by its users. We do not permit infringement on the platform, we require every uploader to confirm they hold the necessary rights, and we respond promptly to valid copyright complaints. This policy explains how to notify us of infringement and how an uploader can respond. It follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); we apply the same process to comparable requests under UK/EU law.
Send notices to our designated agent:
Stephen Turner trading as VibeStream If you believe content on VibeStream infringes your copyright, send our agent a notice containing all of the following: Incomplete notices may not be processed. If you submit through the in-app report button, you must still follow up with a complete notice by email for formal action. On receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable the reported material, notify the uploader, and, for repeat infringement, terminate the uploader's account (see Section 6). We may ask the complainant for clarification where a notice is ambiguous. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our agent including: identification of the removed material and its former location; your name, address, telephone and email; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or, for users outside the United States, of the courts of England and Wales, and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant); and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant files a court action. We maintain a record of valid takedown notices and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Knowingly submitting false claims of infringement may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA and equivalent laws. For non-copyright issues (offensive content, inaccurate origin labels, harassment), use the in-app report function or email report@vibestream.stream. See our Terms of Service.
